Precision mold manufacturing workshop is the whole air conditioning workshop, the main equipment are CNC high-speed machine, GF mirror spark machine, slow walking wire, mold closing machine and other high-end processing equipment, mainly undertake plastic gears, two-color parts, wearable products, printers, medical devices, instruments, precision electronics and other mold manufacturing.
The main equipment of the heavy mold manufacturing workshop is high-speed gantry CNC machining center, large double-head spark machine, mold closing and other equipment, mainly engaged in medium-and large mold manufacturing of refrigerators, air conditioners, TV sets, monitors, door panels, central console, seats and home appliances.
The main equipment of the injection molding workshop has 250 tons, 550 ton rotary table double-color injection molding machine and 50-1300 ton Haitian injection molding machine, mainly engaged in the injection molding business of precision parts below 550 ton machine.
